SMS Opt-In Screen

Program: MSPMSP Platform Notifications · Operated by Jasco Technology, LLC · Last updated: September 17, 2026

MSPMSP users opt in to text messages inside the application, at Account → Security. Because that screen sits behind a login, this page reproduces it publicly so that anyone — including a carrier or campaign reviewer — can see the consent language and the links shown at the moment of opt-in.

This is a static illustration, not the live form. It is a picture of the in-app screen; the fields below are disabled and nothing on this page is submitted, stored or sent anywhere. The real opt-in happens only inside the signed-in MSPMSP application at app.mspmsp.com, under Account → Security.

What the in-app screen looks like

The consent disclosure, as plain text

This is the exact wording shown next to the mobile number field on the in-app screen:

By adding your number you agree to receive account and service text messages from MSPMSP (one-time passcodes, account security codes, and service/ticket alerts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

In the application, SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are live links to https://www.mspmsp.com/sms-terms and https://www.mspmsp.com/privacy. The same two links also appear on the MSPMSP sign-in pages at app.mspmsp.com and portal.mspmsp.com.

How the opt-in works, step by step

  1. The user signs in at app.mspmsp.com and opens Account → Security.
  2. SMS is off. No number is present and no message is ever sent until the user adds one themselves.
  3. The user types their own mobile number into the field shown above, having read the consent disclosure and its links to this policy and to the SMS terms.
  4. The user presses Enable SMS. We text a verification code to that number.
  5. Entering that code in the application confirms the user controls the number and completes the opt-in. We record the date, time and number verified.
  6. The user can remove the number at any time on the same screen, or reply STOP to any message.
