Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026
MSPMSP is a software platform operated by Jasco Technology, LLC ("Jasco Technology", "we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through the MSPMSP platform and this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Short version. We collect the information needed to run an IT service management platform for our customers: account details, the data our customers put into the product, and technical logs. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
1. Who we are and who this policy covers
Jasco Technology, LLC is a limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We operate MSPMSP, a software-as-a-service platform used by managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments to monitor infrastructure, run a service desk, manage endpoints, bill clients and communicate with them.
This policy applies to:
- Platform users — staff of an MSP or IT organization that subscribes to MSPMSP.
- Client portal users — end customers of our customers who sign in to the client portal, submit tickets or pay invoices.
- Website visitors — anyone visiting mspmsp.com.
For data that our customers upload or generate inside their MSPMSP workspace, the customer is the controller of that data and we act as their processor/service provider. If you are an end customer of an MSP and want your data corrected or removed, contact that MSP first; we will support them in handling your request.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Account and profile | Name, business email address, mobile phone number (only if you provide one), job title, organization name, password hash, multi-factor authentication settings | You, or an administrator in your organization |
| Customer content | Tickets and ticket comments, client and contact records, documentation and stored secrets, quotes, contracts, invoices, chat and email threads, uploaded files | Entered or uploaded by platform users |
| Device and monitoring telemetry | Hostnames, operating system and version, hardware inventory, performance metrics, patch and security posture, monitoring check results, script execution output | The MSPMSP agent and monitoring checks running on systems our customers manage |
| Communications | Email and SMS notifications we send you, inbound email processed into tickets, call detail records and (where enabled by the customer) call recordings and transcripts | You, your correspondents, and the platform's communication features |
| Billing | Subscription plan, billing contact, invoice and payment history. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. | You and our payment processor |
| Technical and security logs | IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages and API endpoints accessed, sign-in and audit events, error diagnostics | Collected automatically when you use the platform or website |
| Connected service data | Where an administrator connects Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, backup systems or accounting software, the data those services return under the scopes granted | The connected third-party service, with your organization's authorization |
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data), and the platform is not intended for use by children under 16.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your workspace and interface preferences, and protect against fraudulent sign-ins. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our CDN provider sets security and performance cookies on our behalf.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the MSPMSP platform and its features.
- To authenticate you, including sending one-time passcodes and account security codes.
- To send operational notifications you or your administrator have configured, such as monitoring alerts, ticket updates and invoice reminders.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To bill subscriptions and collect payment.
- To monitor performance, diagnose errors and improve reliability and security.
- To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, product reliability, protecting our business), your consent (for example, opting in to SMS), and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. SMS consent
MSPMSP can send text messages to users who choose to receive them. SMS is entirely optional and off by default. You opt in by entering your mobile number in the platform under Account → Security and confirming it with the verification code we text to that number. We use the number to send one-time passcodes, account security codes and service or ticket alerts — never marketing. The program is called MSPMSP Platform Notifications and is operated by Jasco Technology, LLC.
This Privacy Policy is linked directly from the SMS opt-in screen inside the MSPMSP application, at Account > Security, alongside a link to our SMS Terms & Conditions, so that every user can read both documents before giving consent.
A public, login-free illustration of that in-app opt-in screen — the mobile number field, the consent disclosure and its links to this policy and to the SMS terms — is published at SMS Opt-In.
SMS program disclosures
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
You can also opt out at any time by removing the number in the platform under Account → Security. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How we handle mobile information
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
This applies to all messaging sent by Jasco Technology, LLC on behalf of the MSPMSP platform. The only party that receives your mobile number is our message-delivery sub-processor (Twilio), which receives it solely to transmit the message on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.
Full program details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Within your organization. Data in a workspace is visible to authorized users of that workspace according to their role and permissions.
- With service providers (sub-processors). Vendors that host, transmit or process data on our behalf under contract, listed below.
- With services you connect. If an administrator authorizes an integration, data flows to and from that service under the scopes granted.
- For legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jasco Technology, our customers or the public.
- In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Sub-processors
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud hosting, databases, object storage, media transcription | United States |
| Cloudflare | DNS, CDN, WAF and TLS termination for our web properties | Global edge network |
| SendGrid (Twilio) | Outbound transactional email and inbound email processing | United States |
| Twilio | SMS and voice messaging, where enabled | United States |
| Microsoft (Microsoft Graph) | Microsoft 365 / Entra ID integration, where an administrator connects it | Per the customer's Microsoft tenant |
| Anthropic | AI assistance features (summarization, drafting, call analysis) where enabled by the customer | United States |
Sub-processors are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us. We may update this list as our infrastructure changes; material changes will be reflected here.
6. How long we keep information
- Account records — for as long as the account is active, and up to 90 days after closure unless a longer period is required by law.
- Customer content — for as long as the customer keeps it in their workspace, plus up to 30 days in backups after deletion. Customers can delete records at any time.
- Monitoring and telemetry — retained on a rolling window sized to the customer's plan, typically 13 months or less.
- Security and audit logs — typically 12 months.
- Billing records — as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years.
- SMS opt-in and opt-out records — retained as long as needed to honor your choice and to evidence consent.
7. Security
We protect information with controls appropriate to its sensitivity, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for databases, backups and stored files.
- Stored secrets and credentials encrypted with dedicated keys, separate from ordinary application data.
- Role-based access control, tenant isolation, and multi-factor authentication available on every account (required for administrative access).
- Audit logging of privileged and security-relevant actions.
- Least-privilege access for our staff, granted only as needed to operate and support the service.
- Regular patching, dependency updates and security review of changes.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and as required by applicable law.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, including SMS consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise a right, email jason@mspmsp.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If your data sits in an MSP's workspace, we will route the request to that MSP as the controller.
You can also manage many choices yourself in the product: update your profile, change notification preferences, add or remove your mobile number, and enable or disable multi-factor authentication.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children's privacy
MSPMSP is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify account administrators by email or in the platform before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
